Paragon co-founder Bob Dadurka is a versatile builder of housing, companies and people. With over 24 years of real estate experience in brokerage and development, Bob is well known within the industry as a team builder and innovator. He`s also actively involved in numerous local civic activities and he`s founded several San Francisco charitable organizations.
Bob plans to continue building Paragon Real Estate Group into the best locally owned and managed real estate company in San Francisco.

As a co-founding partner of Paragon Real Estate Group, Sally is known for motivating people and making things happen. Her personable management style has attracted quality real estate agents to Paragon and her years of experience as a top producer have built her reputation as the "go to" person in San Francisco real estate.
Sally has an MBA, a strong background in banking and an impressive track record of property development. She offers Paragon agents support in all facets of their business, whether directly or tenaciously coordinating resources to suit any need.
Anita Marie Head
Managing Broker :: Principal
As a co-founding partner of Paragon Real Estate Group, Anita is responsible for creating an environment of success for experienced agents, new agents and rising stars. Anita was previously a broker associate with Hill & Co. and was vice president and sales manager for Pacific Union`s Civic Center and Marina operations. Her business planning, coaching and problem-solving expertise developed over 25 years in real estate enable agents to maximize their performance as advocates for Paragon clients.
Anita and her partners also lead the development of Paragon`s community service programs.
Chief Legal Officer :: Principal
George McNabb is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and holds a law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law in Berkeley, California, where he served as an Associate Editor of the California Law Review. His 25-year real estate career is distinguished by repeated, stellar performances at TRI/Prudential Real Estate, Coldwell Banker and Pacific Union/GMAC where he managed both residential and commercial agents; at each firm, his office ranked in the top 5 nationwide.
George has overseen 10,000 real estate transactions during his career. He is an expert in owning, developing, marketing and selling condominiums. He has served as a Director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. In addition to chairing several important committees, Mr. McNabb also received the prestigious Realtor of the Year award in 1984 from the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He has also successfully developed a number of real estate projects both in San Francisco and San Mateo.
As a partner in Paragon Real Estate Group, George oversees the company's operations and contributes his expertise on property development and risk management.

Hank Perry is a 25-year veteran of residential real estate and sales management. He has led large and small firms, and ultimately chose to partner in Danville with Paragon Real Estate Group, because he believes a boutique-regional approach can give clients a more customized approach to their individual situations regarding real estate. Hank has specializes in hiring the best and brightest minds in real estate, and he believes that top agents can best grow their business, and serve their clients at a higher level, by being around other sales professional with similarly high aspirations.
Matt is now Marin Manager at the Paragon Real Estate Group in Marin, and is excited to work with such a dynamic team! He has lived in San Anselmo since 2005, and has been a full time Realtor since 2006. He is currently a member of the Marin Real Estate Group, the Top Producer Network, and a number of other local networking groups. Matt has a client first approach to his business, and goes beyond the transaction to build lifelong relationships.
Chief Market Analyst & Vice President of Business Development
After attending Brown University, Patrick managed a large bookstore in Marin County before making the leap in the early 1980's into the computer and telecommunications industries, where he served as branch manager, director of sales and vice president of operations for various high-tech companies. Beginning his real estate career in 1989, he became first a top ten-percent agent in San Francisco residential and investment property sales, and then sales manager, designated broker and director of training.
Now, as Paragon`s chief market analyst, vice president of business development and designated broker, he concentrates on providing in-depth market analysis, training programs, coaching and business planning to maximize the professionalism, expertise and service provided by Paragon`s agents.
Strategic Growth Advisor
Ryan came on board in 2016 as Strategic Growth Advisor to help Paragon’s top agents identify ceilings in their business and life in order to break through them and take their growth to the next level. His presiding management philosophy is quality over quantity in terms of both the number of agents in our dossier as well as the properties our agents represent.
Ryan has been in the real estate business for years and got his start selling property in Southern California, where he managed a large team that sold over 200 properties in one year alone. His expertise lies in assembling teams of just the right people and leveraging their skills to increase business success without compromising employee quality of life. As a father of three who splits his time between family in Sacramento and his partner and career here in San Francisco, work/life balance is important to Ryan and an element he is determined to infuse into the agent culture at Paragon.
Ryan came to us from Keller Williams, where for nearly five years he was in a management role that included consulting with, recruiting for, and managing top agents. He is dedicated to building strategic relationships that elevate Paragon’s business, enhance our agents’ experience, and serve our higher goal of client fulfillment.
Vice President of Marketing
Sonia Roll is Vice President of Marketing at Paragon Real Estate. She received her B.A. from Penn State University before working in various marketing roles for Colliers International. She was initially the Marketing Director for San Francisco, then the West Coast, and eventually she became the Marketing and Communications Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa in London, U.K. After her fifteen-year career at Colliers International, Sonia returned to San Francisco, providing media relations for Tishman Speyer’s LUMINA, Allen Matkins Law Firm, and Sares Regis Group on the agency side.
In addition to her work at Paragon, Sonia serves on the Programs Committee for CREW SF (Commercial Real Estate Women) and on the PTA Board of Sherman Elementary School as Vice President of Communications. She currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and two daughters.
Vice President of Technology
Brian has honed his more than 15 years of experience to focus on a niche in technology, operations, infrastructure and innovation specifically as it relates to the real estate industry.
Working with several of the top luxury brokerages in the Bay Area has given Brian a unique perspective on tailoring technology solutions to fit the fast-paced and “mobile first” requirements of the modern real estate professional.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Technology along with engineering certifications from both Microsoft (MCP) and Cisco Systems (CCNA).
