Two updated snapshot charts of San Francisco house values as measured by average dollar per square foot, and condo values as measured by median sales prices for 2-bedroom condos -- by a selection of city districts and neighborhoods. As always, a reminder: median and average statistics are generalities and are often affected by other factors besides changes in values -- seasonality, inventory available to purchase and so on. They are best used to discern long-term trends and to compare values between different areas.
